Refund policy

Welcome to Sleeknow.in. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • With all tags intact

    • In original packaging

  • Sale and discounted items are eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate wear must be returned unused and in sealed condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Defective Returns

If the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or any non-defect reason:

  • A ₹99 return handling fee will be charged.

  • The amount will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos at sleeknow.in@gmail.com

  • If approved, return shipping will be arranged without additional charges.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after product inspection

  • COD orders will require bank account details for refund processing.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • ₹49 Cash on Delivery fee is non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
